How Can Recurrent Bell's Palsy Be Treated And Avoided?

hi doctor i have had bells palsy twice now and i am strating to feel it come back again. and it has not been more then 3 months of having my second out break i was just wondering if my chances of having it again is greater because it had occured twice already!! this time it seems really painful on set is there anything i can do to prevent it or take the pain away
