How Can Recurrent Klebsiella Pneumoniae Infection Be Managed?

Hi, I ve been diagnosed with Klebsiella Pneumoniae. From last 1.5 years, i am facing this issue and it is recurring. I am taking strong anitibiotics but still recurrence. All tests are normal. Right now, i am taking Feropenem 200mg twice daily, Istroin 20mg, Depsone 100mg.

It seems that your immune system may be compromised. I suggest that you get blood panels done to ensure that your immune system is functioning appropriately. Besides that, you could get your sputum tested- Culture and sensitivity. This helps ensure that the infection is sensitive to the antibiotics you are taking. Else, they can be readjusted as per the results of the test.
