How Can Recurrent Acne On The Face And Body Be Treated?

I have CLL, recently have recurring outbreaks in skin. Doesn t seem to have any reason for occurring. Have had them appear on arms, once on face, but usually on my legs. Starts with a red , flat mark...very itchy and quickly enlarges within 24-48 hrs into a much larger lesion...very, very itchy. Usually gets clear blisters in some parts of the reddened areas. Once the blisters appear, it stops itching and spreading. Any suggestions for treatment would be appreciated. Thanks
