How Can Recurrent Bladder Infection Be Treated?

Hello, I have been having some bladder issues recently. I can no longer hold it longer then 2 minutes when I need to go to the bathroom I need to go right away. If I don t get to a toilet in time I end up having an accident. It s very difficult to do anything and I have been tested for a bladder infection but I don t have one. I can no longer go anywhere without wearing some kind of protection and I m only 23! Please help.
