How Can Recurrent Cough And Laryngitis Be Treated?

I take Symbicort and I have had coughing and Laryngitis for 7 months. I have been to my family doctor and to an ears nose and throat doctor. I have been taking allergy shots for a year and a half. 12 days ago I had the procedure where they put a balloon into your sinuses and expand them to control sinus drainage. I am tired. What do I do?

Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

You seem to affected by chronic sinusitis.Along with that you have allergic tendencies. The best thing on your part is prevent further infections after this procedure ,by taking antihistaminics as soon as you start with cold and also try to find out substances you are allergic to and avoid them.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
