How Can Recurrent Ear Infection Be Treated?

I have been having a lot { 4 in 9 months} of ear infections. They start with a clear yellow tinted fluid coming out of my ear canal , then pain, inflammation, and swelling of my head and throat. When I take the antibiotics I develop a painful, weeping, purple rash on my crotch. I have try a psorias ointment, Neosporin, balmex...nothing seems to clear this up. Please help.
