How Can Recurrent Eye Infection Be Treated?

I am having a difficult time with eye infections-apparently allergic to Bacitracin which now has an added ingredient and also allergic it seems to the neomycin eye meds. I know that I was allegic to Bextra many years ago and to avoid all sulphur and so I see sulfuric acid in The Zylet. What eye ointments would you suggest that have no sulfur of ANY in them, thanks so much.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Based on the history you have shared, you can use Ciprofloxacin eye drops which can be safer in your case but after review and consent of your primary care physician or ophthalmologist.

Cold rinses and eye hygiene care should all be helpful.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Saddiq Ulabidin,
