How Can Recurrent Sinusitis And Cough Be Treated?

I have gotten sinus infections fairly often over the past couple of years. I also have delt with ear infections often growing up. I m twenty now, had yet yet another sinus infection and got my wisdom teeth removed a week ago. I went to the doctor a week before that and they gave me a steroid shot and a 10 day amoxicillin. It helped a little, but it never cleared up. Now my nose is stopped up, I m coughing quite frequently, when I cough very hard my head starts pounding and I feel like I m about to black out,(I ve fallen twice) and my left ear has been stopped up for 5 days to the point that I can barely hear. I have tried before to take different decongestants, but nothing helps! Any ideas what I can do to at least clear my ears?
