How Can Recurrent Stomach Pain For Over Two Months Related To IBS Be Cured?

Hi , I am gopi, I have suffering with stomach pain since 2 months. Doctor confirmed that this is IBS related disease. He prescribed simethicone suspension and pinavorium bromide (DECETEL). Still not relief. Could you pl advise which one best medication for IBS.
