Hi,

Typhoid infection is very notorious to treat in few patients. If you are having positive typhoid this time then it's advisable to investigate with blood culture and sensitivity. According to culture report further antibiotic prescribed.

Treatment can be prescribed for 14 days this time as you are having recurrent typhoid. I suggest you consult gastroenterologist for examination and get prescription accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
