How Can Recurring Dizziness, Nausea, Diarrhea, Leg Weakness And Chest Pain Be Treated?

Hi, I m female, 65 years old, taking Bystolic for HBP, have a stent in the LAD and two other mild blockages. Also suffer from Prinz Metal angina. I have been experiencing recurring dizziness, slight nausea, recurring diarrhea, weakness in legs, some chest pain coming from my left side, under my breast, radiating toward my sternum. I had a stress test recently and doc said the test was okay. I did take Nitroglycerin for the chest pain yesterday which helped the pain, but still dizzy. I also have a history of bowel obstructions, gastroparesis and gastritis. I experienced a twisting type of pain in the left pelvic area after having watery diarrhea on Saturday. Can t get in to see my doctor till next week and feel very unwell. Thank you for any recommendations
