How Can Red And White Spots On Back And Hip Of A Child Be Cured?

hello my son who is eight had what look like little red bumps on his hips. when i went to the doctor they just gave him cream to stop the itching they went away but they look like he was burnt.they came back now they are white spots on his backside and on his hips if i do not put anything on them they turn white and little spots on his back,hips, what is this. i am so afraid because they are now between his but checks and they hurt when you touch them like the first once .he has seen two doctors since december and no one can tell me what this is. please help

Hi,

It may be lichen urticatus. Consult the dermatologist for the perfect diagnosis and proper treatment. After thorough examination and investigations,your doctor would give a course of oral steroid and antihistaminic like hydroxyzine HCL syrup.
Apply mild steroid cream on the lesios. As the disease is hypersensitivity to the insects, avoid the insect bites.
