How Can Red Bumps On The Skin Be Treated?

I have a rash on my skin and tried to use Cerava SA and now I have red bumps and they have a white head in the center. I was told I have dry skin I have used so much lotion in the last few weeks that I am far from dry skin. The rough bumpy skin is not getting better just worse.
