How Can Redness In The Eyes Be Treated?

I just took out my contacts, and my right eye immediately became red and irritated, I rubbed it, and when that didnt help I rinsed it with saline solution. After a few minutes i noticed it felt like I had eyelashes from the corner of my eye stuck in my eye, so I looked closely in the mirror and when i did I noticed a large fluid sac on the white of my eye. It still burns a little. I can see perfectly fine.
