Hello,

Reflux sympathetic dystrophy may be caused by trauma or unknown aetiology characterized by pain and warm in hand with skin and nail changes.

There’s no single test that can tell your doctor whether you have RSD. Instead, she’ll rely on a physical exam and your medical history information.

Treated with painkiller medication, local application of lidocaine, a corticosteroid may useful.

Oral medication like antidepressants, anti-inflammatory or nerve blocks. Nasal spray also useful to prevent osteoporosis. Please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care
