Hi,Welcome to Health care magic forum.
Pulse rate is dependant upon so many factors,If you watch it at rest it is almost constant. If you go up the stairs, or come down or in anxiety you will find the pulse rate is very fast.Like wise the B.P also.
The people of best health like sports men, athelets, etc will have a pulse rate the same at every time.
The pulse rate is dependant upon the anxiety, and tensions, you will be at rest, still if you hear some thing wrong, you can hear your heart sound, which is proportionate to the pulse rate.
The level of the harmons and some times enzymes can show the changes in minimum changes also.
I hope i replied your question.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
