Hello,

In people with mild to moderate restless legs syndrome, lifestyle changes, such as beginning a regular exercise program, establishing regular sleep patterns, and eliminating or decreasing the use of caffeine, alcohol, and tobacco, may be helpful.

Also some home remedies that may help include Leg massages, hot baths or heating pads or ice packs applied to the legs, Good sleep habits.

Medications may be helpful but are used only in severe cases and may be Neupro and Requip or benzodiazepines, Anticonvulsants, or anti-seizure drugs, such as Tegretol, Lyrica or Neurontin.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
