How Can Rib Pain Under The Breast Implant Be Treated?

i have pain under my brest implant on my top right rib its tender to the touch and hurts to breathe some times sneeze and cough and also hurts to lay on my right side it feels like ive been kicked by a horse i was kicked when i was little and it feels the same way but its been so long ago i do not rember if the doctor wraped it with a ace bandage or something else any help would be a great and should i put a heating pad on it or a cold compress
