How Can Ribcage Pain Caused By Treadmill Injury Be Treated?

Trying to be good this year, fell on the treadmill and landed on the railing, can't tell where the pain is coming from but seems to be under the left breast, around the rib cage, hurts when I breathe, taking aleve, not sure there is much else, except get back on the treadmill.
