How Can Right Sided Body Paralysis Be Treated?

my father is a paralytic patient since july2007 with half right side of the body paralysed.he has improved quiet a lot from his original condition but still he is not in a confidence to walk on his own.he is undergoing periodic treatment(in every one month) by Dr. S. K. Jouhary, Jabalpur. i want to know whether there is the chances to restore his condition and if possible, where do i get him to be treated for his problem.....thanks
