How Can Right-sided Hydrosalpinx Post A Hysterectomy Be Treated?
The right ovary measures 2.2 x 1.3 x 1.3 cm. The left ovary measures 2.8 x 1.0 x .8 cm. There is an anechoic tubular structure adjacent to the right ovary measuring 3.2 x 1.1 x 1.5 cm. No abnormal ovarian mass lesions are present. There is no cul-de-sac ascites. Constellation of findings consistent with right-sided hydrosalpinx. I m also post hysterectomy
