How Can Ringworm Infection Be Treated?

I believe I have ringworm on both arms for over a month. I have been using an athletes foot cream and Lamisil. Is there any other at home remedies I can try? It is very inflamed and itches. It starts to get scaly likes it s healing then it ends up going back to inflamed.

If you are diabetic keep sugar under control .
Take tab Terbinafine 250 mg two times for 5 days plus tab Levocetrizine 5 mg two times .plus cream containing Terbinafine plus Clobetasol .
As these are prescription drugs please contact your local doctor he will prescribe these .
