How Can Rotation Of The Heel Be Achieved?

i have this issue, i have had ankle surgery three month ago to remove two large spurs of the anterior and lateral tibial joint space. this did not correct the rotatating of my heal. i am currently wearing a custom made prostetic brace which is not going so well. 6 foot 5 inches tall at 300 lbs
