No definite cause of injury. this is on going for 6-9 months with use of some nonsteroidal meds and two cortisonal injections and PT strength exercises. Like to avoid surgery. How Can Rotator Cuff Pain Be Reduced?
Hello, Most probably pain will be due to age-related wear and tear. Consult a physiatrist (a doctor specialized in pain and rehab) and start on physiotherapy. You can also take drugs like tramadol for pain relief. Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further. Regards, Dr. Shinas Hussain, General & Family Physician
