How Can Runny Nose And Cough Be Treated?

I just finished a 5-day course of azithromycin for a head cold. The symptoms have improved, but have not gone away completely. I still have thick phlegm coming from my nose every hour and occasionally still cough up phlegm. Should I go back to the clinic for re-evaluation or wait? YYYY@YYYY
