How Can Runny Nose And Severe Headache Be Treated?
Hello, I have been sick with varying upper respiratory illnesses since the middle of December. Once again I have small petichiae spots spots on my hard and soft pallets, also have some large red nonraised spots on the pallet. symptoms: voluminous runny nose last week, then clogged sinus passages, intense headache, fever with chills- not sure of degrees- enough to sweat out bedclothes one night (not from menopause). Tired, and overwhelmed. Cannot seem to get well. Lab work one month ago CBC normal, sed rate normal.

Your symptoms seem to be related to upper respiratory tract infection.
I suggest you use anti-inflammatory medication such as Ibuprofen.
I also recommend using the saline nasal spray for local relief.
I suggest to drink liquids and to rest a lot.
