How Can Runny Nose Be Treated?

how can I stop my nose running during winter cold period. as a youngster I was diagnosed as being alergic to cold . for the last 5 years I have been taking Methotrexate initially 25mg weekly and reduced to 10mg weekly last october . During that period I have been free of nasal problems which have now returned again this winter

Hi,

Allergies will never leave us . The best you can do is avoid cold as much as possible so as to not trigger the reaction and continue antihistaminis . If Methotrexate works for you fine but here it is considered to be a very strong drug and not prescribed for allergy.
