How Can Runny Nose, Sneezing, Cough And Congestion Be Treated?

What would be the best cold remedy for my symptoms? runny nose, some sneezing and coughing but yet some congestion too. I have advil cold and sinus non-drowsy, could i take that with some tylenol pm for sleeping? Advil also has some Ibuprofen 200mg for fever but I don t have fever presently. I really need a good nights sleep after having not good sleep for the past 2 nights. Thank you for your reply!
