How Can Sarcoïdosis And Enlarged Liver Be Treated?

I have sarcoïdosis. An enlarged ( 13 cm) sleen, and the liver has en Gamma GT of 550.? This started slowly but now raised with 150 in o,nde month. I also have petechiën en bloodspots (few on my arm and belly, leggs),I feel very uncomfortable and cant digest food, I blow up every day more and more.

In sarcoidosis systemic inflammatory response seen and it affect multiple organs like liver, lung, skin etc....

Your liver might affected by sarcoidosis and hence GGT can be High by bile canaliculi injury..

For sarcoidosis treatment should be instituted after consulting doctor and after deciding whether pulmonary affection present or not...

For that steroid, azathioprine, methotrexate, hydroxy chloroquine etc are used....

If needed udiliv can be prescribed..

Consult physician for examination and accordingly after clinical correlation treatment given
