How Can Scabs Be Treated ?

about a week ago, I noticed what I thought was a cut from shaving at the left corner of the upper lip. Did take it oo seriously, but the it started to form scabs. Then the skin around it began to get lighter. It has since spread much further than the original spot and the lightness is very noticeable. What could be the cause?

Dermatologist 's  Response
Hi,

It may be post-traumatic leucoderma. Apply tacrolimus 0.1% lotion on the patch. And avoid trauma. It may recover within a few weeks to a few months.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Ilyas Patel, Dermatologist
