How Can Scanty Menstruation With Spotting And Clotting Be Treated?

Im hving scanty menstutation since 2010 after my engagement was broken. Before that i used to have bleeding for 4 days. But since my breakup i am hving 2 day scanty period with brown spotting till day 6. My period starts with brown spotting to red clots.
