How Can Schizophrenia And Hallucinations Be Treated?
Hello, my family is suffering from schizophrenia. He was taking Amisulpride, 600mg. a day, plus aripiprazole, one day after 5mg, hallucinations and delusions reappeared. Later, aripiprazole was stopped and hallucinations and delusions disappeared. How can I safely add aripiprazole?

Hallucinations and delusion can occur in schizophrenia
Don't stop or start drug by your own
Antipsychotic drug like Risperidone and other drugs as per need (after taking history and examination) should be taken for long duration for many months
Behavioural counselling also will be beneficial
So consult nearby psychiatrist for examination and history taking and accordingly get your prescription
