How Can Sciatica Be Treated?

iM HAVING A BOUT OF SIADICA NERVE GOING DOWN TO THE KNEE ON THE RIGHT SIDE. LAST SUMMER IT WAS ON THE LEFT SIDE. I KNOW SITTING IN THE VEHICLE FOR HRS DOESN T HELP AND I HAVE TO DO THAT FOR THE NEXT 2 DAYS. ANYTHING I CAN DO TO LIMIT THE PAIN AFTERWARDS.????

To be clear it is just the postural compression of the sciatic nerve.
It can be easily treated at initial stages with exercisrs and movement.Please sit errect let your spine straignt.Flex and extend the lower limbs frequently.
Mean while a topical analgesic gel along with oral tablets can be a temporary relief.
need less to say continuous travel do aggravate the conditions.
