How Can Sciatica Be Treated?

I am looking for some exercises to do at home for sciatica. I also need to know what not to do to make it flare up. Sciatica seems to come and go with me, but very recently I have had more issues with it. Pain keeps me awake at night. I need to start somewhere, so simple and beginning exercises would be helpful. Looking on line there is so much information, even on your Web site that it s hard to know where to start to get the information you are looking for. thank you for your time. My email address is: YYYY@YYYY .
