How Can Sciatica Be Treated?

I.ve had disk problems at L1-L2-L3, plus L4 & L5. all of them the orthapedic doctors fused some 35 yrs ago. I m presently age 84 plus. About four months ago, one of my fused spinal around the L 4& L 5 area let go. the pain was very bad and also seem to seek out other things, found my old rupture, and made it suffer for a bit as well. Now any sitting and travel in a car is painful. Turning in bed from one side to the other is the same. I also suffer sciatica on the left leg, and partially up to my knee on the right leg. These become very numb and I find some releaf by massage every day. I also feel changes like pin and needle starts which will surface in various parts of my body. It s scary now as the negative affects are slowly cripling me. It s got to the point, I have a hard time standing, have to rely on a cane for support. The only place is across the USA border where if you can give them your most recent MRI pictures they say they can help. MY doctors in Canada say they cannot offer me any recommendations whether operations will help. can you offer any suggestions?
