hello, I ve had sciatica for many years and it s so painful nothing seems to help, also my Dr said I have degeneration of the discs. Is there anything I can do to help this? I have muscle relaxers and a anti inflamitory

You can take analgesics like Oxycodone or Hydrocodone for symptomatic relief.

If symptoms persist better to consult a neurosurgeon and get evaluated. You can also consider steroid injection.
