General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

You can consult a physiatrist or a pain medicine specialist for symptomatic management of pain. You are experiencing pain because of nerve impingement. If symptoms are severe surgical correction may be needed. In that case you may require help from an orthopedic.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
