How Can Scrotal Eczema Be Treated?

Hii..I have scally and itchy skin over my scrotum which can be peeled off and also it get so much dry sometimes that it get white and on removing the scales blood oozes... similar episodes occurred frequently since from last 2 year....and get relived for some days after applying some antifungal like candid ointment...so what is the diagnosis???...and treatment??...and should I apply soap over that area or not??

The diagnosis is Scrotal Dermatitis. Please apply moisturizers frequently on the scrotal skin to avoid dryness and avoid scratching which can cause erosion and may lead to secondary infection. Please avoid soap and you can use soap free cleansers on that area and you will need frequent application of moisturizers.
