How Can Scrotal Pyocele Be Treated?
I had surgery of pyocele for my right testis in october.for two months testis is normal.from two months testis swollen so I went to doctor.he examined and gave for tests and he said chronic right epididyoorchitis..Is it severe conditio? What is the medicinal I must use? How can I prevent??

With such a presentation in my clinic, I may suggest my patients a single intramuscular injection of antibiotics like Ceftriaxone and Ofloxacin. I may suggest my patients a urine culture if infection is chronic in nature. If there is pain, painkillers like Ibuprofen can be added along with Pantoprazole.
