How Can Semen Leakage Be Controlled?

hi doctor, I think I have a serious issue with pre-cum. Slight thought of sex or minor stimulation activates the precum and its a lot. My underwear gets wet and its embarrassing. Can you help me with something to stop the precum? I am 57 and the problem became worst since two years. Before this there was lots of precum but with lots of stimulation only.
