How Can Sensitive Foreskin Be Remedied After Undergoing A Degloving Surgery?

I had a degloving surgery for a fractured penis and concurrent tear in my urethra. It has been 6 months and the skin is still very sensitive around the site of the incision from the surgery. What should I do about this? It is especially sensitive after friction from sex.

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

It is quite common and will settle by itself. If symptoms persist better to consult a urologist and get evaluated.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Shinas Hussain, General & Family Physician
