How Can Sepsis And Breathing Difficulty Be Treated?

yes my sisters pastor has sepsis and hasn t been able to breath good fighting the nurses for breath, is he going to die he had it a long time not being able to breath good and for over a week before they found it .they have him sedated now. We are all praying for him, YYYY@YYYY

Thanks for your query on HCM

"As"per your clinical history is concerned please follow like this -

1)Do calculate qSOFA scale like this -a)GCS score b)Respiratory Rate->22
c)Systolic BP-
If score is >2 then chance of survival is less

2)Discuss with your Doctor about Antibiotics IV with Vasopressors medication to prevent fall of Blood pressure.

3)Talk with your Doctor about supportive care [intravenous fluids large amounts, oxygen, ventilator and dialysis for kidney failure].

To prevent sepsis do early diagnosis and quick treatment with antibiotics and IV fluids.
