The take off of artery demonstrates an acute angle and .....(I have all the details) I was recommended to undergo an open heart surgery but I declined. Over the past two years I had so many episodes of chest pain and discomfort and my recent thallium stress test shows septal infarct and ... . Hi,

Developed infarct demands the therapy now either to change the life style reduce the risk factors (hypertension, diabetes, obesity, alcohol, smoking, stress) second angioplasty can also be thought, it is all depends upon the EKG stressing and the lesion of arteries as long as the open heart surgery or graft is concern, let me inform you that such case need complete evaluation, just to need a concrete second opinion with very little information nothing specific can be said.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
