How Can Severe Epstein-Barr Virus Infection Be Treated?
My blood test came back positive for Epstein-Barr. I ve been suffering with symptoms for about seven years now I have finally received some sort of diagnosis. Please tell me how would I know if I have Guillian Barr. The symptoms for The latter apply to me I am a female 66 years old
Your question is regarding diagnosis of Guillain barre syndrome. Let me know you that GBS is not associated with EBV infection. In the case of Guillain barre syndrome, there is the presence of paralysis or weakness of muscles of leg first and then it spread upwards. So the diagnosis is done clinically.
