How Can Severe Abdominal Bloating Be Treated?

I am suffering from gas formation in my stomach and i also routinely pass a white coloured jelly/saliva like substance in my stool. Sometimes after going to the washroom many a times, i only pass this jelly like substance in my stool. Gas formation is Omnipresent event in my stomach. I never feel that my stomach is completely emPty even after going to tge bathroom many a times. Also my bowel doesn t get clear in one go. Whenever i sit, the problem of bloating intensifies tha makes my stomach make embarassing sound. Doctor i am seriously aggrieved by this problem as this affects my productivity at my workplace.

Hi,

Drink plenty of water or other clear fluids to help reduce abdominal pain and bloating. Avoid pain medications such as aspirin, ibuprofen, and other nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) until you know your pain isn't due to an abdominal condition such as a gastric ulcer or an intestinal obstruction.
