How Can Severe Acne Be Treated?
Hello sir, I am 24 years old. I m married and I m suffering from acne breakouts from last one year. I have taken the treatment from many dermatologist but no result and now I am taking Delson tablet and 100 mg cnr and ointment tretinoin gel usp.0.05% during the night and benzoyl peroxide 2.5 gel during the day time. Sometimes it shows very good results but after 2-3 days acnes again Start brusting. I feel very depressed because acnes.kindly suggest me the measures to stop this.

As first-line management, you can try clindamycin lotion for symptomatic relief.
Steam inhalation can also provide symptomatic relief.
If lesions persist better to consult a dermatologist and get evaluated.
