How Can Severe Anemia Be Treated?

Hai dr ,today my daughters urine tests rbc1 -2 .she is on treatment for auto immune haemolytic anaemia, acute kidney injury. Now she had some problems in gallbladder. Urine dark yellow colour. Sometimes orange colour.hb not increasing still 5-6 .why?. Rectic count 1.2.

Hello,

It is not alarming. It can be some calculi for which few RBC are there. Urine culture followup clinical examination and investigation may be done sensitivity can be done. It can be related to autoimmune hemolytic anemia. Consult a urologist for examination and advise on treatment.
