Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
What medication are you taking for BP? I suggest you to take T.Alprax HS(night) for your sleeping problem. If you sleep properly your BP will also come to normal. If your symptoms persist I suggest you to take a consultation with your physician and change your Anti-hypertensive drugs.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
