How Can Severe Anxiety And Panic Attack Be Treated?

Hello i recently had a bad panick attacklast year and i took the whole tablet of anafranil, surmenalit and Aprozalam after stoping I went through hellish withdrawals that time I didn t understand what was happening then I added Prozac but I just took it for 3 days and auitted because the first one skyrocketed my anxiety right now I m not feeling myself I m highly intelligent and highly creative in the comedy field and my creativity has somewhat disappeared I stop Prozac it has been 3 months now but since no change the old m, my memory and my comedy aren t yet back Please help !!
