How Can Severe Anxiety Be Treated?

Hi my 21 year old so suffers from anxiety and had a anxiety attract recently that result him in getting on lexapro. He hasn t done very well with it it s only been 5 days add some side effects. Since it takes a while for it to kick in what can he do or take for his side effects in the mean time. The worst is not being able to eat not sleeping good and chest pressure

Anxiety disorders need to take care with proper counseling of the patient along with boosting up of patient's self-esteem.

Yes, medicines are required at times. Antianxiety medications are really very helpful in such cases.
